Although we had been in contact with the property on numerous occasions prior to our arrival nobody mentioned that the pool was closed for two weeks before we arrived and the rep could not tell us when or if it would be repaired. Pool area cordened off so you couldn’t use the loungers. Property described as Beachfront, it most definitely is not. Sea view maybe with binoculars. Aircon not working, tripping the breaker. Shower not working when we arrived but fixed by rep the next morning. Stupid code system to enter through the gates and the main doors to the property, different codes for each gate so you had to write them down or you would be locked out as no manned reception, even the pool bar had a code on the door to get out. Complained to rep but to no avail. We left after one night with no refund

Nice Apartement, but the rest was very disappointing.

As there are many Appartements available in the area, we decided to choose this one because of the nice pool and possibility to play squash and tennis. During our stay of one week, the pool was closed, we only got the information when we arrived at the Appartement. Squash Equipment was not even available and also the squash court was not possible to be entered. The Tennis equipment we got was damaged and also the lounge chair and drying rack we had in the Appartement was damaged. Also it was very frustrating to try to get in touch with the Management of the Appartement as there was no one at the front desk during the stay, and the phone contact was also not reachable. Also Booking did not help us, even with their "special genious level 3 customer service". The only help they provided was to write into the review that the pool was closed...
