Optima localizacao, perto de tudo!

A casa foi anunciada como tendo Ar condicionados, mas na realidade sao ventiladores portateis que possuem um reservatorio para agua ou gelo.

A localização é excelente, estando muito perto da Praia da Rocha e da zona de restaurantes. O apartamento possui todas as comodidades para uma estadia mais prolongada. O facto de ter garagem foi um dos aspetos positivos, pois o estacionamento é caótico nesta zona. Foi-nos igualmente fornecida uma garrafa de água e cápsulas de café, o que demonstra cuidado para com o cliente.

O único aspeto negativo foi o facto de haver muito barulho dos camiões do lixo durante a madrugada.

The property was perfect. Very spacious apartment lovely big bedrooms and modern kitchen. Location was excellent, you walk out straight on Praia rocha strip. I would highly recommend to anyone. Our host was incredible. Couldn’t do enough for us, quick communication always on hand. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The apartment was super clean with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Situation very near to the promenade and beach. Good parking in a secure garage.

A bit noisy when the bins are being emptied. The apartment doesn't have air conditioning and this could be a problem in the summer as leaving all doors / windows open might be noisy. It wasn't a problem for us as we visited in Spring

Difficult review as the apartment itself was the best we'd had in a 6-week tour of Europe, with dishwasher, washing machine, TV, spacious rooms, 2 bedroom and 2 bathrooms. Free underground parking. Excellent security. BUT the building is in a caldera of a ring of 15 storey buildings and the noise of racing motorbikes and cars with more power in their boom boxes than in their engines, reverberates and echos around the circle. Worse is the fact that the unit is directly over a refuse and recycling station so one gets the sound of people dumping rubbish and bottles all day and then at least three crane-fitted collection lorries roaring away during the middle of the night. We had to take refuge in the less comfortable second bedroom to stay away from the noise.

As well as the noise, no air-conditioning, only a fan in bedrooms.
