Just what the doctor ordered. The fresh fruit, muesli etc. met our wishes for a good healthy start to the day. The guided tour of the croquet mallet factory and the challenge over two games made our visit complete.

This does not apply. The accommodation fulfilled our needs to the full. For our next stay in the Hawkes Bay area, we will certainly be hoping for a return visit. If you want somewhere quiet, not too far from civilisation then you could not do better than book a stay at The Parklet.
