Die Lage war hervorragend. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (kleiner Supermarkt) ganz in der Nähe. Die Zimmer im 1.OG Wohnung links waren einfach, aber geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Auch das Bad wurde ebenfalls vor noch nicht allzu langer Zeit renoviert. Eine sehr schöne große Terrasse.

Das kommt darauf an wie geräuschempfindlich man ist. Die beiden Küchen der Wohnungen im 1.OG sind nur mit einer einfachen Trockenbauwand getrennt. Geräusche der Nachbarn in der Küche inklusive der Gespräche waren störend! Auch von der darüberliegenden Wohnung kann man jeden Schritt und auch die Stimmen gut hören! Also insgesamt eine sehr hellhörige Wohnung, was den ansonsten guten Eindruck leider schmälert!
