Very clean, very comfortable, ,spacious with large kitchen /sitting area, warm, ground level, Undercover parking off the street,

Not being familiar with lock boxes I had to ask for help to access apartment, this could have been overcome if the owner of the property had welcomed us when we arrived and shown us the property. Even though we spoke no German and she no English welcoming us should not have been a problem for her. The shower went from hot to freezing water while in use so much so that we couldn’t take a shower as we couldn’t trust that it would suddenly turn cold. This was very disappointing.

Very well equipped, perfect for families with little kids. Clean, large.

Great location for walking in the area,and visiting Nikl Brau beer Keller with it’s fantastic brewery and brilliant staff, great butchers shop nearby, well equipped kitchen.

It's a really spacious apartment. It's well equipped, you will find all you need incl microwave, kettle, coffee maker, etc. The mattresses are ok, in the night you can make it really deep dark for a good sleep. You will be in the middle of the nature but also close to the next city

I personally think that a bit coffee should be provided as a start of the first day is way nicer with some coffee. So, if you book the apartment, get some coffee with you. As it is an apartment in a tiny village, some board games should be there as i am very sure that families are used to book.
