Perfect communication with the host. Very clean and comfortable apartment for two families. Location is also good - near the city center, near Everton park, near bus stop etc.

3 very spacious en suite bedrooms and a lovely kitchen living room area.

The apt was great everything we needed was there it was bright clean comfy and modern once you get your bearings it's actually nearer to town than you initially think. Taxis are great so handy to get and much cheaper than Dublin. Just a great place to stay

Not a criticism just an observation could do with some hooks for towels etc

Having a property with three separate rooms each of which had an en-suite bathroom with a high quality shower was amazing for a group of three separate adults. each room had a double and single bed, which were very comfortable, and a wardrobe and chest of drawers.

The only issue we had with our stay, and it was a very minor one, was being asked if we would leave the property earlier than we intended on one of the days to allow. some painting work to take place. I would have had no issue with this if we’d been asked in advance of our stay, as I understand tradesman are difficult to get a hold of, but the request was a bit out of the blue.

Location was great. Rooms were great.. For each family to have their own bedroom and en-suite was brilliant. The items mentioned in the 'dislikes' did not deter from a good holiday. Host very good and helpful

Very silly things - no toilet roll holders, one chair needed fixing so we couldn't use it. flooring in kitchen area was broken and sharp. Dangerous when we had to take shoes off around the apartment. Host has been notified.

The apartment was very large and clean with all facilities you could imagine. We particulary liked that salt, pepper, tea, coffee, oil was provided. The host was there to great us and explained everything we needed to know, also about parking and the best way to get around in the city, which was very helpful. We could leave the keys in a safe outside the apartment which was convenient.

The location was so so. It took 15-20 min to walk to the train station, which I don't consider far, but they walk itself was basically along the highway, so not very nice. However a taxi wouldn't cost you very much to go in to the city.
