Penthouse vue sur mer 200m2

Very nice and comfortable place. We've been welcomed by owner's friend - Alexia, she explained everything, told us how to get to the beach, supermarket and recommended some restaurants. The location is extraordinary- few minutes to the beach, the public one and others that are bit smaller. Also close to the supermarket and selection of restaurants (I recommend the hive - great place with karaoke and to play pool)

It is very nice place in very good location. There is living room and 3 bedroom, from which one is upstairs. The bedrooms have air-condition. The kitchen is fully equipped. There is place for your car in the private underground garage. The big pool is shared with other apartments, but we were there mostly alone. Max there were 2 couples more. The water was very nice both: in pool and in ocean near by. Close by there is public beach and very nice not-so-public beach :) Quite big supermarket is about 200m from the place. There are also quite nice restaurants near by. If you are there - you should try Chinese local restaurant just next to the building. A lot of local people eats there. There is good food and low prices.

There could be air-condition in the living room. When we came to the apartment it was really hot. The air-condition in one of the living room was leaking, but owners told us that it is temporary problem and would be fixed.

Excellent start with a warm welcome from the owner to show the apartment and its facilities. Clean and well-equipped for such stay. Highly recommended

The location was fantastic, a short walk to the beach and shops made easy to just walk everywhere. Our 3 bedroom apartment was well maintained and clean. Isabelle, our host, was there to meet and greet. she was only a short distance away if we needed to talk to her . all in all we had a great stay. the kitchen was well equipped, bought a few things that we needed.

our only suggestion for this property to have a better star from us was that the main area in the kitchen and lounge room did not have an air conditioner and it was rather hot and uncomfortable and humid!! Installing a ceiling fan would be so much better. also, we could not relax and use our little pool upstairs as it was too hot to lay around on the deck chairs.. shade umbrellas or shade sails are definitely needed! These little attention to details would make this a great place to revisit. 😃
