One Bay Residence - Apartment 12 - Apartment in Pereybere

Very warm and frindly host visited every day for cleaning and to check that we were OK. Very large apartment with 2 large double bedrooms and bathrooms, large living room with well equipped kitchen, dishwasher and washing machine and good sized balcony with tables and chairs. Underground secure parking kept the car cool. Close to the access to an amazing sandy beach with good snorkelling near the point where we saw turtles. Nearby a good choice of reasonably priced restaurants and a large supermarket for more general food supplies. Very good Perebere public beach a very short walk away.

Location and apartment was modern

Shower head in both bathrooms need attention. Outdoor furniture is aged and needs a revamp Pool decking broken Housekeeping was poor and slap dash

Pillows were a bit hard

Good location, very spacious and clean. Nice balcony.

The wooden floor of the pool area was broken and needs to be repaired.

Comfortable, lots of space. Excellent support from the staff

Nothing. But didn’t like the view from the balcony overlooking the swamp

Very spacefull appartment, Good modern furnished, equiped with literally everything you might need. Good WiFi, Netflix. Pool is great as a part of building. Beach is 3 minutes walk, lot of restaurants and supermarket nearby

Only noise isolation is really bad

nice really modern flat. all clean and really nice interior. we’ll situated to reach the main things to do perfectly in a really short time. handy to have a parking garage. we really liked it here and would come back if we’re in the area again!

right now (march 2023) is unfortunately a construction site right next to the balcony so we couldn’t sit there. for us it was okay because we woke up early anyway and had a lot to do so left the flat early everyday.

Our lucky choice!🥰 Lovely big apartment, it has everything you need. Every day there was cleaning, it helped a lot with small children. The owner of the apartment was very kind and promptly helped in any questions. On the territory there is a large swimming pool with sea water, it can be visited both during the day and in the evening. There were never a lot of people in the recreation area. In 5 minutes there is a magnificent beach, a large supermarket. Zuhair, thank you so much for your hospitality and exceptional attitude and help! ❤️ We would love to stay for a long time, but the apartments are very popular and always busy) P.s. Relatively close there are a couple of hotels where you can come to a restaurant and smoke a hookah (details in private messages).
