Sea Views Stunning 2 Bedroom Apartment #

The location was amazing and the apartment was easy to find and looked lovely and clean

The shower head had some tape on it and leaking slightly a few of the window blinds where tied as had previously snapped so a little caution on these where needed

The location of the property was very good with easy on street parking ( no fee ) . There was a parking space provided but due to glass on the floor I decided to park on the street. Close to the very good sandy Claremont Beach.

The first thing that you find is the very shabby, untidy and smelly entrance hallway and stairs. It was almost enough to make me want to walk away. The apartment was a decent size, but if 4 people stayed no room to all relax as only seating for three ! I general the apartment could do with a complete make over as it looks tired and the attention to details in the paint work, woodworking, carpeting definitely needs looking at.

Location, view, Internet, comfortable beds, good kitchen except fridge needs defrosting badly.

Parling, Smell in entrance,, bigger towels, long mirror and mirrors too high, extractor fan in bathroom not workiing properly, kitchen chairs too high and uncomfortable. Blind in front window broken used towel to fill gap,

The location of the apartment is excellent. Very close to the beach and the town center. Value for money, without a doubt.

The parking facility is not good. Someone scraped the passenger side bumper of my car even though i had parked it leaving enough space for other cars to pass by. The shower hose needs to be replaced. Its damaged and it leaks. My kid ended up with her clothes getting wet while trying to use the shower to wash her feet.

Excellent location, apartment was very clean and exceeded expectations in relation to facilities. Everything you needed from an iron to drying horse.

The entrance was a bit grubby with piles of post and leaflets on the floor and piled high on the windowsill. Thick dirt and cobwebs and the staircase and carpet really could do with some TLC. Also I think it's time the mattresses were replaced too (personal preference only).

I like everything about the flat from the cleaness to the furnishings and settings

The apartment was super clean and really tidy, you can tell they put a lot of effort into it! Definitely worth the money!!

The oven is not working in fan mode.. but that s really a minor issue !

Clean property with excellent kitchen space and utensils. wonderful view out on the sea front. Would not hesitate to stay here again if we come back to the area. The family felt at home for the weekend. Good communications from the host. thankyou!
