Very clean and great service from owner!

The house is very spacious and clean. Can accommodate up to 7 pax as per advertised by the host. Love that it has 3 toilets. It has a balcony facing the swimming pool. Apart from swimming pool, the residence has other facilities such as gym, convenience shop and indoor badminton court. It is a self-check in homestay. The host will provide a clear check in and check out instruction through WhatsApp. There are 2 parking lots provided within the same homestay building. Saw some of the reviews said that the parking lots are far but it is not. From the parking lots, you can walk to the door that connects to the lobby. Need to touch your access card first to open the door. After walking through the door, you can see the elevator to go up to the homestay. No hassle and it is convenient. The location of the property is strategic. It is 8-10 minutes away from Kompleks Kerajaan Parcel F (where it houses SPP, SPA, Jabatan Audit Negara, Jabatan Perangkaan, Biro Tatanegara, etc). The nearest pekan is at Presint 15 which is around 5 minutes away from the homestay (depends on traffic). You can find convenience shops (KK mart, 99 speedmarts), restaurants, pharmacy (guardians, watsons), clinics there. Can use Enclave Hotel as the landmark.
