Rumah ini sangat selesa dan menenangkan. Susun atur ruang kemas, bilik fully aircond, tempat tidur selesa dan tidur nyenyak. Suasana dalam rumah terasa damai dengan konsep minimalis japanese, sesuai untuk berehat selepas hari yang penat.

Walaupun rumah ini mempunyai konsep Japanese yang cantik dan minimalis, isu privasi agak mengecewakan. Kawasan hadapan rumah sering menjadi tempat orang luar melepak dan terlalu ramai warga asing, menyebabkan suasana kurang selesa dan rasa tidak selamat.
