Kolay ulaşım, güleryüzlü ev sahibi. Ev büyük ve odalar geniş. Banyo rahat, mutfak pratik.

Çamaşır makinesi olsa daha da iyi olur. Normalde ikram olarak verilen kuruyemiş, kahve ve meşrubat için fiyat listesi koymaları bence yanlış olmuş. Oda fiyatına kıyasla çok küçük harcamalar, ama dikkat çekiyor ve eve girmenin verdiği keyif duygusunu zedeliyor.
