Woodburn ground-floor apartment in quiet setting in Pitlochry

Mooi ingericht appartement. Alles wat je maar nodig had was aanwezig. Ook koffie, thee etc, zelfs een fles melk om op te starten. Er stonden meerdere bossen verse bloemen. Voelde heel welkom. De host was heel hulpvaardig zonder opdringerig te zijn. Zij handelde meteen toen wij bij ons vertrek per ongeluk een pillendoos achterlieten. Die hadden we echt nodig. Door haar snelle actie konden we meteen terug en verloren niet heel veel tijd om het weer op te halen. Mooie locatie zo dicht bij de rivier. Door de bomen kon je de rivier niet zien, maar je wandelde er in 5 minuten naar toe. Leuke afdeling over de voetgangersbrug naar de Dam en de visladder. De locatie was ook heel dicht bij restaurants en winkels en het spoor zonder dat je daar qua geluid last van had.

The apartment was very comfortable in fact it felt home from home. The owners were very helpful giving details of local walks etc.As a lone traveller they were very supportive.

Welkom ontvangst, zeer uitgerust, prachtig huis op het mooiste plekje van Pitlochry. Prachtige natuur in de 'achtertuin'.

The property was centrally located. Was able to walk to main street or even to other tourist spots easily.

Lovely quiet location, with friendly accommodating hosts. Comfortable, warm and spacious for 2 with lots of thoughtful extras provided for our stay. Great location, with town, theatre and walks on your doorstep. Lovely view from sitting room and red squirrel viewing from kitchen window while we were there.

It's a tiny niggle, as apartment is lovely, and can't be changed, but a larger bathroom with bath would have been the cherry on top.

The property was wonderful and a short walk to town.It is tastefully decorated with high end facilities. Everything you want and needed is provided.

The apartment is stunning, beautifully decorated and everything you need including welcome pack of milk and biscuits, water, coffee, tea, sugar and foil etc.really comfy bed and Cosy flat. The views are amazing from the bay window, we saw pheasants and a fireworks display from the park below, an added bonus. Really easy to walk into town, loads of good shops, butchers, bakers coffee shops restaurants and takeaways and a big co-op for all you need. Although so near town it's so lovely and quiet with bird song every morning. It's also really near the bridge to the theatre and a restaurant and lovely walks. Evelyn and her husband are the perfect most pleasant and lovely hosts. Evelyn met us to give us the keys and show us round. With everything on The ground floor it's perfect for people with mobility issues too. The apartment is a credit to them both and one of the most lovely places we've stayed in. Thanks so much for everything, we'll definitely be back.

It was a wrench to leave as it was so relaxing and amazing, thanks for everything, we'll be back.
