Luxury apartment in the heart of Gueliz , Wifi, Pool

The apartment is really easy to find and very confortable. The underground garage is really necessary and easy to use. Our host was really nice and easy comunication. The apartment is decorated on morocco style which is really nice. It has all necessary things which you will need to make your stay incredible, Its close to reasturants, bars, supermarkets and easy to grab a taxi if needed.

gute Lage in Gueliz, von dort aus sind viele Attraktionen gut erreichbar; ringsrum viele Restaurants. auch der Bahnhof ist fussläufig erreichbar ( ca. 1 km). Es gibt einen Sicherheitsdienst, der rund um die Uhr da ist.

die Wohnung liegt an einer Hauptstraße mit entsprechendem Verkehrslärm. Direkt vor dem Eingang des Gebäudes steht rund um die Uhr die Surete National mit einem Mannschaftswagen.

This is a very nice apartment. It is spacious, clean, and comfortable. We liked the area and it is easy and cheap to catch a number 16 bus to the medina. We also walked to the train station and Majorelle Gardens. Some may prefer a taxi but it's not too far. There is an excellent supermarket a few doors away. The pool is nice even though the surrounds are poor. It is refreshing to dip, not a place to lounge. You will find a nice new air conditioner. There were problems during our stay, but Hicham was an excellent communicator, and he worked hard to rectify the problem.

Dès notre réservation nous avons reçu un message du propriétaire, Hicham ,très précis pour nous expliquer les détails de notre arrivée. Hicham s'est rendu extrêmement disponible et bienveillant pendant tout notre séjour,alors qu'il n'est pas sur place. Et pour notre arrivée sur place ,Abdo nous a accueilli avec attention.La résidence est très sécurisée, l'appartement propre, bien ordonné et équipé. Dans un quartier agréable, il nous a fallu une demi-heure de marche seulement pour rejoindre le centre ville de Marrakech. Le petit plus appréciable c'est le parking souterrain, surveillé et gratuit de la résidence.

La résidence donne sur une avenue très fréquentée, donc c'est assez bruyant la nuit, mais on s'y fait!

Décoration peut-être un peu vieillotte et non moderne mais c’est un goût personnel, prévoir votre produits pour la salle de bain
