Big and bright apartment, nice and simple design, tidy, perfect air-conditioning. We appreciate having a dishwasher and laundry machine there. The neighbourhood seems safe and secure. The owner was very kind and attentive.

The apartment was on the ground level, so we didn't have much privacy from the street. Upon reservation, I specifically asked for an apartment that is not on the ground floor and received confirmation from the owner. However, we were given this one when we arrived, and there were no other available. The shower cabin could be cleaned better. The mattress in the bedroom was uncomfortable - I felt the springs on it. The curtain in the living room is very dirty. Despite these things that we didn't like, we would stay here again, but next time I would insist on having an apartment on the floor.
