Convenient, quiet residential location, close to the beach and city.

Parking was a bit tricky but managed to park close by.

The flat is good size for 2 adults and 2 kids. It was clean. And had toiletries. The location is a bit odd. It’s a block of flats that is “uphill”. It’s flat 10-15 min walk to the beach. To go to town you need to cross through a tunnel that’s is 750 meters long but there’s a bus nearby. Easy to pay with credit/debit card. And there’s an app to check the timetable.

There was only one cloth for the kitchen. And not many cups/glasses. It would be good if the kitchen is better equipped. There’s no air conditioning or fan. It would be good if they add a fan for summer

Quiet neighborhood with easy access to the beach (10 min) and downtown area (15 min) by foot. Good recommendations given by the host. A walk to the lighthouse along the coast with a stop for rabas there is highly recommended.

Even though it is for 4 persons it is only two beds each sharing one big linen — good friends only😊. It is a ground-floor apartment with bars in front of the windows (presumably for theft security).

Everything was great. Maria is extremely helpful. She sends you exact instructions and gives lots of sightseeing ideas. She is the perfect host. Her apartment is spacious, warm and gives a home-like feeling. The beds are very comfortable. Everything was clean. There was also a tiny gift waiting for us at arrival. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to anybody visiting Santander.

Location of the apartment - close enough to the city when you walk through the tunnel and El Sadinero beach is 10 min walk away. Steps can be avoided by taking the ramp by the side of the apartment and going through the locked gate with the key provided. Lovely gifts provided by Maria on arrival and great communication throughout our stay. We contacted Maria about parking and places to eat and she always responded promptly. There is lots of available parking around the apartment and it is free. Maria also provided a travel cot for us. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils and a cooker, microwave and fridge. We managed several days on the beach with our three month old by using a baby carrier rather than the buggy. The icecream is fantastic at the Regma stands and there are plenty of supermarkets.

Kettle was a little small - we had our baby with us and needed to make bottles this was only a minor detail we still managed throughout our stay A change of towels would have been good but we were able to wash and dry in the facilities provided. Santander is very hilly but these can be avoided using the ramps.

Great location to the City. Tunnel through to the beach and ferry port excellent.

We liked everything.

Facilities were excellent. We made good use of the dryer, as we sadly had three whole days of rain, so lots of wet clothes. Host left little welcome note and gifts ( cakes and chocolate ) Apartment had everything we needed,kitchen had every item you could think of, including coffee machine, toaster, plenty of pots/pans and dishes.

No breakfast included despite it being shown as included on the booking form. Was not bothered about that as I rarely eat breakfasts. What was not clear at the time of booking is that the apartment is NOT on the main road, but is approximately 100 metres off the road and up a LOT of stairs. Honestly , I would not have booked this apartment if I had known about the stairs beforehand, as two members of my party have mobility issues.

Prior to arrival, the host, Maria, made sure that we arrive safely and was able to access the house on time. The property could be access through a key that was placed in a lock by the door. There is no additional waiting required as the host will provide the password for the key beforehand. The property itself is well maintained and we were welcomed with map and place suggestions followed by beer and fresh juice provided. The host was very helpful throughout our stay in suggesting us places. They’re was 4 us staying but the property is able to host up to 5 people and a baby. The property is well furnished with wifi and a smart tv and the overall stay was very comfortable and worth it. The location of the property itself is not far from the main beach and other good restaurants. I would highly recommend staying here due to the strategic location which is accessible by walking. In overall, we enjoyed our stay and we would highly recommend this beautiful property for families.
