The location was perfect. The level the apartment was on was fantastic to get a great view of Melbourne day and night. The room was nice and warm with the reverse cycle air conditioner. It was very homey.

Not many condiments in the apartment but I brought more and left them in the room. The showers leak so bad you have to have a towel at the base or the water will flow out of the bathroom, we mopped after every shower as well. The dryer was very old and dated the door was broken.

Getting keys! Getting help! Lift busy all the time! GETTING ACCUSED OF DAMAGE TO CARPET WITH A $130.00 CHARGE! WTF!

"More woeful than ‘Wow’"

Great location. Lots of toiletries provided and detergent for washing machine & drier.

The property needed a thorough clean and the beds and bedding need an upgrade. For the price of this accommodation I expected the place to be spotless with hotel quality linen and towels provided - not K-Mart standard. No top sheets on beds, hand towels, face cloths or pool towels provided.

"It was a lovely stay for somewhere to sleep and explore the city centre. Would recommend."

It was a great location, so close to trams in either direction and right next to Melbourne central. Parking was a little awkward to carry suitcases over but that's ok cause the location is great.

A few things could be worked on but one that owners can not work on is the smell of the garbage shoot. The shoot for the whole floor is right outside the door of the apartment and on a hot sticky Melbourne day the smell was really bad inside the apartment. Possible solution is maybe some odor spray. Also there were no bags to replace the kitchen bin as we had to eat out everyday so filled up quite quickly.
