Location is great, near a subway station, eateries and other useful establishments. If you plan to stay all day out and just come back to sleep, this may be an OK deal.

Cleaning and conservation is poorly done, the AC filter was packed with dust, the top of the fridge and other taller furniture was covered with dust. The mattress is not the same on all the apartments, it’s like a basic comfort lottery, it’s really bad. And this is just to mention a few issues I faced on FOUR different apartments. All apartments offered by 360suites had at least one basic important thing broken and/or damaged: the bed, the mattress, the A/C, mirrors, lighting fixtures, the TV… the list goes on… I had to fight with their customer service to finally get a supervisor to come and see the issues. He agreed it was bad on all apartments offered and told me that even though he notified 360 about the maintenance issues, he was being punished for blocking the properties until the maintenance was completed and the 360suites management team just put the properties back as available even with all the pending maintenance to be done. Disaster!
