Le logement est très bien situé, le métro est accessible à pied, et le quartier calme malgré le nombre de boutique attenantes. L'ensemble du logement est plutôt en bon état avec de grands espaces, très agréables pour etre en famille sans se marcher dessus

Nous avons eu un petit décalage de réception du logement en terme d'horaire, mais le propriétaire a été prévenant. Le ménage a été fait "rapidement", mais compréhensible de part le manque du personnel et les solutions trouvées en dernière minute par le propriétaire. Cela ne nous a pas empêché de profiter du secteur et du voyage

Very pretty and comfortable apartment, clean, nice layout, great location, staff were helpful and friendly. No complaints. We had a bit of trouble with the heating (had a hard time figuring out why it was so warm despite the normal settings) and the staff were quick to respond and address the issue.

These are minor issues - more like suggestions: The large bins out on the patio weren't labelled (the stickers are faded and illegible) so we weren't sure if we put the recycling and garbage in the right bins... Perhaps a bit of guidance could help for people from out of town, since the colour of the bins sometimes doesn't match what we're used to. There was mention of an indoor recycling bin in the guest manual, but we couldn't find it. A recycling bin would be very useful in the kitchen so that guests wouldn't have to make a pile of recyclables on the kitchen counter. Just some ideas! Really, we had a lovely stay. :)

The air conditioning didn’t really work in the front rooms

Hosts were very responsive and helpful Apartment was immaculate, spacious and bright All appliances/facilities were modern and easy to use

15 minute walk to nearest Metro (not a big deal but it’s the only downside we can come up with)
