"Unorganized host"

I booked on Tuesday the 20th May 2026 only to be told at 18:00 on the 23rd May 2026 that the place is fully booked and I must find an alternative and cancel; otherwise sleep at an alternative provided by the host and this alternative was not cleaned. I demanded she cancel; she refused and she said I must cancel which i refuser . I indicated I will report the matter to the authorities if I am not paid back immediately.

Self catering but wonderfully central to everything

As we were 4 adults, being in one room would have been a tad uncomfortable but fortunately another unit opened and our host graciously let us occupy that room.
