Localização, silêncio, TV c/cabo, , eletrodomésticos

Do sofá cama; havia lençóis e colchas sujas com manchas; um lençol roto; colchas e manta não estavam lavadas. Não haver caixote do lixo para reciclagem. O facto de as cortinas não vedarem a luz exterior. Assim que o sol nascia, era dia no apartamento.

L'appartamento è collocato in un contesto fatiscente e maleodorante. I gestori si sono fatti vivi solo fino al momento del pagamento della cauzione, pagata senza nemmeno avere prima la possibilità di vedere l'appartamento. L'appartamento era sporco e soprattutto maleodorante. Non hanno risposto nemmeno alle nostre richieste d'aiuto per quanto riguardava il Wi-Fi. Sto tentando di ottenere con fatica il rimborso perchè siamo scappati da lì immediatamente.

"Za niski standard za wysoka cena"

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, blisko plaży i promenady pełnej barów i restauracji. Niedaleko sklep spożywczy i piekarnia. Basen i zadbane tereny zielone. Nowa, czysta i funkcjonalna łazienka. Przestronny balkon z ładnym widokiem. Dużo wolnych miejsc parkingowych wokół budynku.

Problemy z uzyskaniem kodu do mieszkania, o wszystkie informacje trzeba było pytać. Opiekun mieszkania niesłowny i mało profesjonalny. Brak info o zmianie kodów dostępu, przez co nie można było się dostać na teren obiektu. Budynek już ma swoje lata, mieszkanie wymaga odświeżenia, popękane ściany. Jest ono niefunkcjonalne, brak szafy z półkami, słabo wyposażona kuchnia, stara odrapana patelnia, tylko 4 szklanki! Brak leżaków co jest obecnie standardem w apartamentach wakacyjnych. Brak mydła, papieru, płynu do mycia naczyń, gąbek, worków na śmieci. Trochę jak na campingu… wszystko trzeba kupić zaraz po przyjeździe. Materac w sypialni twardy jak deska, materac na łóżku pojedynczym zapadnięty. Zdecydowanie za wysoka cena na oferowany standard.

El piso estaba muy limpio y ordenado, además de contar con una piscina bastante grande. También estaba muy cerca de la Praia dos Três Castelos (ésta era mucho más tranquila y con menos gente que la Praia da Rocha).
