LVAll appliances are quite out of date, however, serve their function. Property is good value for the money.
IEWe had no breakfast,location wasn’t too bad , we were near some restaurants,supermarket and the beach .
No pool and nowhere to sit out in the sun .
BEFantastic welcome, very helpful hosts, very clean including the pool, comfortable bed, reliable wifi, all the facilities you need and great location.
The balcony is south-facing, so you can’t really use it during the day. Some items could do with an update, like - the toaster which stopped working during my stay - the bedroom curtains don’t block out the light - an extra lamp in the living room would be helpful.
DE- Location is very, very pretty - you'are staying here like in garden and can hear even the birds in the morning, see the great pines - Room is very good equipped and nice, all the houshold equipment is here and even more - For reaching an ocean you need only 10 minutes and don't need a car. It is a real advantage as there are almost no free parking places at Falesia beach. - There are a lot of restaraunts there alongside. We highly recomend FRSabores (very good fish and meat dishes), Chinese restaraunt Pine View as well as Pizzeria Falesia. The fish restaraunt Flor do Mar is not recommended. - Private swimming pool is nice and not over booked, so it is really good to swim there if you don't want to go to the ocean or in the evening. - Ricardo is a very, very pleasant host and contact point. During our stay we have several issues with internet and water supply and both of them were resolved I would say with speed light.
- Swimming pool might be renovated - Not all the rooms are equipped with AC, so if it is very hot outside, it will be problematic to sleep even with open windows. If it is no more 30 degrees during the day, you don't need an AC and can sleep well with open windows.
