Casa Rosa in Fabulous Portimão

Beautiful modern apartment. Lots of space for 2 adults and 2 teenagers. Large private patio area with seating, BBQ and eating area. All mod cons making it a home from home. Flat screen TV in both sitting room and main bedroom. Amazing location, 10 min easy walk to beach and shops. Lovely pool area, and pool was quite warm compared to others in early summer! Would definitely recommend!

The house is of very recent construction, it has all of the necessary amenities including air conditioning in every room, a fully equipped kitchen with high-level kitchenwear and a very professional barbecue/smoker with lid and termometer outside. There is a very large patio area which in summer must be delightful during the evening, however we could enjoy it only during the day because of the season ( our visit was in late February ). The house is 10 minutes walk away from Praia da Rocha where all the restaurants and pubs are, but since it is located in a cul-de-sac road it is very quiet. There is parking on the street but also a garage available.

I would not say we disliked anything.

Everything from the brilliant customer service from the hosts & property manager down to the comfort of the beds, cleanliness of the whole property and location. Roslyn & Francis accommodated us much more than we had expected, wish we met them in person to express our thanks. Casa Rosa property is well maintained, in an exceptional location and it’s just spotless. All amenities up to date, modern and literally everything you need in one place. The area was lovely and quiet, however we were in a good walking distance from the beach and the main strip with loads of bars, restaurants and shops. The TV is in English if required & is SMART so literally no need to. ring any additional wires/ fire sticks. We made a good use of our break away by doing a few activities but we didn’t even want to leave the property majority of the time. The outdoor space linked to our property was fabulous, clean and spacious. BBQ was perfect too. The Pool View is to die for! It takes an arm and a leg for me to write reviews but these hosts deserve appreciation for the beauty of their property and all within it! Massive thank you for a wonderful vacation, loads of recommendations & no doubt we will be back here to stay in the near future. PS, the availability of the hosts and property manager was unbelievable. Literally available 24/7 if anything was needed. Love Gloria & Junior

Nothing at all that we didn’t like. Weather was not as hot so did not get to use the pool but that’s because we chose the quieter season which we still loved!

Fabulous apartment within walking distance to beaches, restaurants and shops. Spacious and clean with everything needed for comfort. super friendly and helpful host that went out of their way for a very late check in. Very thoughtful welcome basket of groceries on arrival.

Nice apartment,well equipped,great terrace with barbecue which was useful for the fish we bought at market. We enjoyed every minute of our stay. Definitely will come back again.
