The tv but needs a better remote controller and is too far away from couch. Shower with good water pressure but even with the glass, the water escaped on floor. Well equipped with emergency kit, needed some plasters and alcool. Has a balcony and the shutters are very nice to have when you need absolute darkness. Was very windy, so aeration is top. Secure neighborhood. Went there on October so parkings everywhere. Good communication.

The corridors lights shutting down while I try to find the elevator button or when opening the door trying to get in. It was hard for me to open the door with the key, but got ‘used’ to it. If I took too much time, the lights turns off. No fan in bathroom?

Great location. Nice bright apartment with well equipped kitchen and great balcony. Private car parking.

It would be very helpful if laundry soap was provided especially for short stays less than 1 month. Also a manual juicer would be nice. Both inexpensive to provide that we’ve had in other rentals.

Location: Calm area, walking distance to the beach, restaurants and Marina. Facility: with all necessary items. Swimming pool available and as not many using it, felt like a 'private' pool. Airco available and really needed, due to the positiong of the appartment (sun/ warmth exposure)

Bedroom: Bed could be larger (currently 1,40). Living room: Sofa bed option OK but not that confortable as bed due to Sofa joints. An extra bed topper could be a solution. Sofa material should have a deep clean. Living room blinder (persiana) not functioning,/ stuck allowing the sun to warm up the appartm.
