Excellent location with a view.

The room was dirty and very tired looking. The bin in one of the bathrooms was not emptied, the fabric on some of the furniture was stained, light bulbs in lamps were not working. The water in the shower would overfill and take a long time to drain.

Location and view

Host response time was lacking, messaged via booking.com app a few times with no response. Finally reached out via WhatsApp and received a resume response that I had woken them up.. was close to cancelling

What breakfast?

No soap. No soap in the entire apartment. Not for dishes. Not for hands in the bathroom. No garbage bags.

My friend and I went on a 2-week vacation, and this was by far our favorite stay of the whole trip! The space was perfect, and the view was out-of-this-world – truly stunning! Couldn't have asked for a better place to experience Portofino :)

Honestly nothing negative to say! It was perfect.

"We had a lovely time irrespective of some inconveniences."

It had the most wonderful view and great location.The double bed was confortable and it was cleaned.

There was no hot water. The stairs were very steep and quite dark and hard to move luggage up and down.
