This property is perfectly located with a view of the harbor. We enjoyed spending time at the property watching the activity and were footsteps from joining outside. Good communication from the property. Clean. Very cute layout and decor and great storage - a person could stay here longer term.

Would have been nice to have some laundry soap available, but we easily found a shop that sold some. Stairs in are narrow and steep, not an issue for us but could be challenging for some.

The location is absolutely perfect. The window has incredible views and is a great people watching spot. The apartment was equipped with everything we needed.

The damage deposit was taken twice but fixed within a few days.

Being super critical here! It was a little difficult getting in and out of bed because of the relatively low ceiling and ledge around the sunken bed!

This apartment was in an amazing location, overlooking the harbour in Portofino, and just a stones throw from all the restaurants

This is only a small negative..the bed was situated in a loft, so the stairs are a bit tricky if you need a bathroom visit in the dark!

The Kitchen utensils and plates etc. were not as clean as they should be (some of them were dirty). Some of the utensils need to be replaced (for example the sieve).

Excellent location, well equipped and very clean and modern. Amazing view from the window. Great air conditioning. Well designed property.

Just a house with a beautiful view.

First of all, when you come to stay at the facility, there is no host you meet face to face other than messaging on the phone. There are many procedures to stay, they ask you to fill out a form online where you enter all your information. You need to pay a deposit of 250 Euros. We did not like the cleanliness of the towels and sheets. They didn't smell good at all, we were very uncomfortable. You don't need to pay this much money just for this house with a beautiful view. Also, they didn't even offer a bottle of water as a treat. This was a situation we had never encountered in any home.
