The apartment is great. It’s cozy and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The layout is very good with a bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, dining area, and living room. Everything was clean and well organized. The building also has good security, which makes you feel safe. The hot water was excellent with strong water pressure, the Wi-Fi worked very well, and the apartment has a nice view. Overall, it is a very comfortable place to stay.

The only downside is the location. The area has many drug users around the streets. You can still walk around, but you need to stay aware of your surroundings and keep your head up. Other than that, the apartment itself is very good.

Apartamento excelente ! Bem estruturado, bem montado. Decoração nova e moderna. Hospedagem com piscina, área de lavandaria, mercadinho para não precisar sair… Agradecimento especial a senhora Ananda que não mediu esforços para que nossa estadia fosse sensacional !

Talvez alguns moradores de rua que ficam próximos a hospedagem, mas que ocorre em vários pontos de SP.
