Everything was great! Kitchen was well functioned and equipped with almost everything I need.

Water boiler need to be changed (dirty and rusted), and If there’s washing provided, it will definitely be a 10/10

roomy, clean, nice location. balcony in the kitchen and a small sauna in bathrooom... good value, would definitely stay again.

i wish the check in could be about 13.00 or 14.00... even though we could leave our luggage in hotels storage room for free, waiting for 16.00 to get apartment keys is a bit disappointing.

"Good for those on a budget, but no frills"

Good value for money, close to town and was clean. Real plus having the sauna

Beds and pillows very thin and uncomfortable. Apartment not easy to find even with map provided as there is no number on the outside of the building. Collecting keys from main reception and then dropping back off isn’t the most convenient when carrying cases through the snow

Location is great, the apartment was clean (though there was a couple of not so clean dishes in the drying cupboard), collecting and returning the key was easy - the reception is not in the same building but a small distance away - and the staff was very friendly.

"I will suggest everyone don’t book this hotel"

I did not like the reception people. It is really difficult to find the address. The Apartment number in google is 31 but the actual apartment number is 5. Hotel reception where we need to collect the keys is at one place and the stay is in another place. we called hotel reception that we are facing difficulties to find the address, they just told that we will handover they key and that’s it, we are not the owners and no relation with apartment. Even for Wi-Fi password we called reception again but still they are very rude and no response at all.
