Good location, opposite is supermarket and shopping mall. The apartment have 3 bedrooms with 2 toilet. kitchen have fully equipment. Check in very simple.

There is a toilet that is a bit clogged.

Sehr schön eingerichtete Wohnung mit 3 Schlafzimmern und zwei Bädern. Wir waren zu fünft und es hat wunderbar gepasst. Alles war sehr sauber und es fehlte an nichts. Die Lage ist ebenfalls sehr gut und man erreicht zu Fuß innerhalb weniger Minuten sowohl ein Einkaufszentrum als auch die Innenstadt von Rovaniemi.

Lovely apartment within walking distance of downtown Rovaniemi. Very comfortable beds and facilities.

It was a lovely apartment and we enjoyed our stay, but I would not say I was value for money given the extremely high prices we paid (over 1500 EUR for 2 nights). For example, we still needed to take out the trash and strip the bed before checking out, which is fine for an AirBNB-like stay, but given the price cleaning services like this should have been included. Perhaps Rovaniemi is just an expensive city.

This apartment comfortably fit our family of 5, with two teens. It was warm, spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. It's location is a short walking distance to the centre of Rovaniemi. The host was very responsive, even with a last minute request for a later check out. Would highly recommend!

Perfect location, good host for contact, really fast response your questions and friendly! rooms clean and nice! Everything is good! Rooms are big and nice, washroom is so good. I would say it is the best homestay!
