Sehr schöne, individuell eingerichtete Zimmer. Auf kleine Details wurde auch geachtet, z.B. großes Sortiment an Gewürzen im Küchenschrank. Sehr netter und zuvorkommender Vermieter.

- location of the apartment - really frinedly apartment staff, everything was arranged over the phone - quick welcome tour at the beginning - everything was ready at the agreed arrival time - easy key handover during check-out

- a bit complicated to park the car nearby, but I managed to place it really close to the apartment building at the end - nothing else :)

Great location, beautiful apartment, well equipped and very comfortable, within quiet neighborhood. Host met us at the property, was very professional and easy to communicate with.

There was nothing to dislike. Although no allocated parking, we found it easy to find on street parking.

Immaculately clean, beautifully furnished and spacious apartment. Was perfect for our family of 6. Very convenient to parking, public transport and short walk to supermarket. Loved the huge LG 13kg washing machine, full sized bath and full sized kitchen! Had everything we needed for a restful stay.

We had a wonderful business stay at Gunther49 while attending a fair at the Nürnberg Messe. The apartment was impeccably clean, spacious, and thoughtfully equipped with all the essentials for cooking. Each room had a desk, making it perfect for catching up on work in between our commitments. The location was ideal—just a pleasant 30-minute walk through the park to the Messe. This was a huge convenience as we didn’t need to rely on a car or worry about parking. The neighborhood felt very safe, with a fantastic bakery just around the corner. There are also plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance. We highly recommend Landbierparadies for an authentic local experience and Cho Viet for a delicious meal. Overall, a great choice for both business and leisure stays!

While the speed was good the WiFi signal didn’t reach everywhere… not a major issue for us

Nice apartment, it was perfect for our stay with the family. Top equipped, quietly located and yet well connected to downtown.

The apartment is on the 3rd floor but if you count the ground floor the apartment is on the 4th floor.It's hard for us to carry our luggages to there.

So quiet. Fantastic space. Felt so very welcoming.

The apartment was extremely tidy and clean and well appointed. There were plenty of cooking facilities and spacious living areas. The location is close to tram, cafe and supermarket. If you enjoy walking (2-3km) it’s so easy to navigate your way to the Christmas markets. Perfect location for a truly beautiful Nuremberg experience.
