"I wouldn’t return — the lack of basic customer support ruined the experience."

The location of the apartment was great.

I accidentally left my AirPods at the hotel. They confirmed they had them, but refused to assist with shipping — even when I offered to arrange and prepay a courier pickup. Most hotels provide at least basic help in these situations, so this was disappointing. I would not stay here again based on the customer service.

Por ser un apartamento, creo que cosas básicas como sal, aceite y una máquina de café, me faltaron
