good location, comfortable bed

cleanliness of the room, very noisy bathroom fan that turns on with the light, multiple exposed cables and fixtures, DIY cabinets poorly made, that do not properly close, damaged countertop, cleaning supplies, including mop stuffed in the same clothes cabinet, leaking bathroom sink, water stains on bathroom ceiling, bathroom door is a sliding glass door that does not properly close
