Penthouse 13 - One Bay Residence with private rooftop terrace and dip in pool

Location. Everything I need was there. Even the owner came to see me and was very helpful. It was a pleasure to stay there

Apartment is great. Very large with everything you need. Good location, walkable to supermarket, restaurants and bars. On site parking very convenient. Apartment was spotlessly cleaned and overall well maintained.

The common areas of the apartment around the main pool are a bit of a disaster. The timber decking has all rotted and is collapsing. Not suitable for small children as it is quite dangerous. The outdoor furniture has also deteriorated and is in very poor condition.

The view from the rooftops were amazing ! Very clean and modern apartment and amazing location! Definitely value for money. 10/10

Only thing was the dip in pool wasn’t heated

The apartment was exactly as shown on the pictures. We had a really great stay in Pereybere. It would be a nice feature if the dip-in-pool would be heated - so you could also use it in the evening when it's dark. But summed up it was a really nice stay!

the location was great with an excellent view from the rooftop!

A little noisy at times as it is right next to the main road and the jets in the hot tub were not working.

The location was great, close to a lot of public beaches and restaurants. There is a very big supermarket a short walk from there. The kitchen was extremely well equipped.

The linens and towels were not very clean (If I ever go there again, I will take my own) and overall the apartment was nice but was not very well kept.

Spacious appartment with lot’s of light. Large private rooftop is a great bonus.

No negative points.

It was exactly as described in the pictures, very comfortable and well decorated and very well located. Really loved the rooftop!

Nothing to say here except maybe we did not see the security guard most of the time. However we felt quite safe most of the time, so no issues here.
