Lage im ruhigen Wohngebiet, guter Startpunkt zum Wandern. Parkplatz am Haus. schöne Dachgeschosswohnung mit Schattierungsmöglichkeiten. Gemütlicher, kleiner Balkon. Gute Grundausstattung.

Wegen teils niedriger Deckenhöhe weniger für große Menschen geeignet. Der Duschbereich liegt am Badezimmer-Eingang. Bei Nässe ist es sehr rutschig.
