Nice apartment in a good location with a private parking place We arranged an early check-in 1 hour earlier

Although the room was clean, the Laundry box was full with clothes.

Cleanliness, private parking.

Too much noise(directly opposite the central bus station and above a very busy main street), no blinders, washing machine that didn’t work (essential for us who are travelling for days) and was never fixed although we complained.

I really liked the location, because there was peace and it was quiet neighbourhood

I hated the way owner was treating us because she was weird because i guess she didn’t like us.

Location, the apartment was very clean.

2-3 coffee pads would be a nice sign of hospitality, since there is a coffee maker but no pads available, and if you buy the appropriate coffee pads then you need to buy a pack of around 16 since no smaller packages are available.

The location is great, and it’s clean.

First of all, the air conditioner makes so much dripping noise when it’s raining outside, that is unbearable. I was about to call the management to do something about it at 2 am, but luckily it stopped raining. Afterwards I could not turn the airco back on since even when it doesn’t rain, it still makes the same loud dripping noise when it’s on. Furthermore, the tv service didn’t work because there was a remote control missing which was necessary for the tv operator (it’s a different remote control than for the tv device itself). Also, since there were no coffee pads available, the tea container smelled old, like it hadn’t been used in years therefore I didn’t have even a cup of tea. Lastly, please invest into some better quality toilet paper for your guests, instead of buying the cheapest one on the market.
