Apartamento cerca del centro con parquing incluido, eso se agradece mucho. Pequeñito pero con lo basico y necesario para pasar unos dias.

Lovely clean studio/apartment alongside the river. Short walk to the old town. Easy drive to the apartment with garage parking.

Online communication only. Can cause a little confusion. Apt is on the ground floor A. Which is messaged as (keys in lockbox BAJ0A).

Location, washing machine, parking underneath.

Check in getting keys wasnt straight forward. bed & bedding need to get renewed, as thin, same with bath towels. Uncomfortable small double bed. No sun in apt & balcony with a lot of bird droppings looking over to over apartments not pleasant or conducive to sitting outside. No plugs for kitchen sink. Seal in bathroom basin worn so water drained away trying to shave.

Very nice flat, very well located to explore the city. Having your own parking place is invaluable.

Spacious, comfortable, well-appointed apartment in a location very convenient for Salamanca tourism. Very responsive owner/manager--solved a coffee maker issue promptly.

Only cause for complaint is the very slow drains in the kitchen and bathroom sinks and the shower. Made it awkward to rinse dishes, hands, and other body parts.
