"The unit should be properly maintained before let out to guests"

Location was close to IOI City Mall. Washing machine provided. The first 2 apartments we saw were in very poor condition with leaking ceiling in bathroom and cockroaches in the kitchen drawer. The host then showed us this 3rd apartment which we took.

Poorly maintained and not cleaned properly. Floors were dusty in the corners, oil in the kitchen hood, dust and cobwebs on the curtains and wall. Host had not checked wardrobes and there were personal belongings left behind in one of them.
