The Location was very good for us. it does advertise as beach view and there is no beach view so I think that should be corrected. Every time we had a issue someone was quick to respond and fix the problem. We enjoyed the quiet of the complex.

We did not like the fact that the hot tub was cold. it might have been nice if it was working. We also felt that the fry pans should be thrown out and replaced with new. And some of the utensils could have been better. The cutting board should be replaced so we did buy a new one.

Nice, clean, comfortable, spacious apartment at a really nice and quiet complex. Walking distance to beach/promenade and supermarket nearby. Host called me to double check my arrival time and I was greeted at the property to get the keys. Very friendly.

The apartment was great and exactly what I hoped. I was a little disappointed it was not a Smart TV so I could connect to apps but this was not a big deal, minor detail.

1. The bed was a foldable couch covered in fake leather! 2. The walls were pealing off 3. The shower was clogged 4. The AC were working only when it was not hot, when hot the break would trip 5. Wifi connectivity was 3mbps upload less than one upload 6. No drier or any way to dry off cloths 7. The tv has from a different century and cracked 8. No shampoo or paper towels not even for a day!!
