The check-in info was thorough and fairly easy.

Unfortunately this casita was not very clean, making for a very uncomfortable situation.The sheets were dirty, as well as bathroom sink, side table and top of toilet. We left for the evening and when we contacted host to explain that the sheets were dirty, they first said they would bring them the next day, but then fortunately they replied that they dropped off new bedding. When we returned late in the evening, we saw that they had brought it, left in a pile on the kitchen counter, but then found it was a duvet cover and a flat sheet, not even a sheet set. We had to strip the bed ourselves and re make it mixmatch in order to sleep.(I'd prefer camping if I knew I had to do that) I didnt even want to stay. Another note- the thermostat didnt turn on the heat. We dont think the heat works due to the heater unit being dirty and dusty, and due to the space heaters provided that we used. I would reccommend some attention to the unit. Invest first and foremost in clean nicer bedsheets, clean matress pad and thorough housekeeping. Consider including an extra sheet set, another large size towel and refresh the smaller towels. Fill the empty hand soap. We didn't use the kitchen as we werent comfortable spending much time here. While the shower was a nice aspect, the unit overall needs some TLC and attention.

Very clean and tudy little apartment with excellent location. Nice outdoor porch. Excellent bed.

Reading lights could be improved.

The location was great and the apartment was cute. But the washer didn't work, so we had to go to another house to do the laundry. The oven didn't work but we were given a small portable one that helped. The one suggestion I would have is that there should be an outlet in the bathroom. I use a dryer and a curling iron, so I had to try to do my hair in the kitchen. That sucked.

Nice balcony. Felt secure with codes for gate & house. TV had streaming services.

No parking, very difficult to find a spot around the area in the afternoon.

Washing machines is convenient. TV with Netflix is awesome.
