The pictures do not do this place justice. The location was perfect, Quateira Beach was far better than Vilamoura beach and Vilamoura Marina was only a €3.50 uber away for the evenings if you want live music and good food. Not only does the apartment have a balcony but it has its own Private Roof Terrace which is the perfect sun trap during the day and views of the sunset in the evening. We assumed there would be a hairdryer (as they had everything else/ our mistake) however cannot thank them enough that after texting them about one the landlords Neice turns up at our door with one in hand 45 minutes later. They have thought of everything, plug adaptors from UK-EU, duvet in wardrobe optional, there are shutters for blackout/security and also the flat screen TV is much much larger than pictured with smart TV features. Allowed us to check in early and leave a reasonable time, answered the phone whenever we called and replied to texts within minutes. Fabulous service and would definitely return.

Only thing we can think of negatively is the walls are very thin so can hear the neighbours getting home late at night/ early morning and sound from the lift opening and closing. however would only be an issue if you are an extremely light sleeper.
