Bien situado. Limpio. Suficiente menaje. La cama cómoda.

El mantenimiento del apartamento deja bastante que desear, hay muebles bastante deteriorados. El acceso es muy incómodo, hay varios tramos de escalones (en escaleras muy estrechas) e incluso escalones dentro de la vivienda, accesibilidad nula. Las puertas son muy estrechas. La televisión no funcionaba, y no hay instrucciones de nada, ni de televisión, ni de aire acondicionado ni nada.

Tolle Aussicht mit der Möglichkeit aus dem Balkon sie zu genießen. Die Unterkunft lässt keine Wünsche offen. Man kann zu Fuß zum Genoveses-Strand laufen. Die Weg dauert angenehme 15 Minuten.
