A unidade é bem equipada e tudo funciona. Tem um tamanho bom para estadia e a localização é bem boa. O prédio tem comodidades e tudo funciona bem.

O teto do banheiro tá com mofo.

Good location

An absolutely horrendous check-in process set a very bad tone for the stay … and left me sitting outside with my luggage for two hours in the pouring rain! The initial automated check-in processes that’s Whatsapp’d to you is way over-engineered, and it turned out - despite me battling through the far too many questions the previous day - that I’d failed to finalise it because I hadn’t uploaded a photograph of the back of my passport! Yes, the back!!! It also asked me to submit a damages deposit, which immediately alerted my suspicions and caused me to hesitate about completing the thing at all. So when I turned up on-site to check-in, I was met by the security guard from hell, who clearly would rather have been anywhere else but sitting in this seat. His default setting reflected the automated process – it’s a “no” unless I’m pushed very hard! There was no record of my booking on the system, presumably because inadvertently I hadn’t completed the online check-in process, and he did everything he could to stand in the way of reasonableness and make it obvious that I was getting in the way of his prospects of having a relaxing day at work. I got onto the customer support desk that sits behind the automated check-in process, but frankly they adopted exactly the same philosophy as the others! Silence is apparently the best option when faced with a difficult question or one that you’d really rather decline! Eventually, I got into the building after more than two hours of waiting, was loosely directed up to my room, only to find the cleaner knee-deep in her work! So I went down to the pool to give her time to finish, but found that the facial recognition photographs that are meant to allow entry to various parts of the building don’t work very efficiently! I had to go back down to reception to start all over again! The room itself is tiny and poorly set-up. It was good value for my stay, but having got inside I understood why! Give this one a very wide berth!

A localização do flat, o flat muito bem organizado.

A cadeira estava quebrada, secador estragado. Mandei mensagem no dia ocorrido mas so foram me responder quando estava indo embora 2 dias depois.

o espaco é incrivel muito comfortavel e tem tudo o que precisa pra alguns dias. a academia do predio tambem é incrivel e espero voltar para pooder usar a piscina e a sauna que nao tive tempo

Tinha cabelo na cama. Limpeza mal feita

Localização é muito boa, as opções de infraestrutura, como piscina e sauna são ótimas.

Poderiam manter valores da estadia um pouco mais baixos, já que há opções próximas mais em conta.
