Nice apartment and clean, the electric heater in bedroom was really a plus for this cold winter in SP. I had no time for cooking so I didn't test the kitchen but looks clean and well provided. Would definitely come again.

Acoustic insulation is not the best but I guess is normal in SP apartments. An hairdryer would be appreciated but not a real issue.

Good breakfast, the flat has very good distribution, plenty of space in the bedroom and living room as well as all appliances and kitchen utensils. The location is great ! The host was very kind to let us check out late...

This flat needs a little TLC, windows/bedding/floor. There was evidence/scent of previous smoking in the flat...
