Very spacious apartment, two bathrooms. We had all the amenities we needed. Supermarket is right on the floor ground as well as the pharmacy. Heating was great and it was wonderful to enjoy the view from the balkony.

Ideally it should come with a dedicated parking space. We were able to park behind the building for free though, so in the end everything worked out for us alright.

We spent a few days in this magnificent apartment, equipped with everything needed for a family getaway in the mountains. The balcony offers splendid sunrises and sunsets. It's affordable, has a parking space, a playground, and is close to the lift to the well-known Snejanka Tower. I highly recommend visiting the Orpheus Rocks for a stunning panoramic view and photoshoots. We also explored the Ecotrail "Neviastata", which is perfect for children and offers a beautiful view of Smolyan. You definitely won't regret visiting this place for an unforgettable family vacation.

Confortable location. The owner is very friendly. Kitchen very well equiped.

There are not really mountain trails available. Most of them go by road and only a small portion go through the forest.

Excellent position, very close to the chair lift. Easy checkin, the apartament has everything you need, it’s warm and cozy.Ski rental , pharmacy and shop in the same building. There are good restaurants around. Overall great!
