DON'T COME!!! The apartment was filthy when I arrived and they didn't clean it before I checked in. I had to pay an outside company to wash the sofa, it was disgusting, and I also paid for them to come and clean the apartment, but they didn't come. I had to keep sending them messages and they came a few days later, and we spent 3 weeks with a broken microwave (I asked for it to be fixed as soon as I arrived, then keep asking several times and nothing!) These are just some of the problems with this company. When they respond, they always say the same thing: "We're sorry and we'll do our best to fix it..." but they didn't fix anything. The most incompetent guest management company I've ever seen in my life!

There could perhaps be a little more kitchen equipment. Small knife for cutting fruit, frying pan, etc

The web link sent for passport & car registration to enter secure building. If no car better options needing to say that instead of putting 0000 as told but then finding it needed 8 digits to move on and save, not in English and for overseas travelers very stressful. There was Moulding on tile grout in shower, microwave not turning while in use, no electric kettle to boil water for cuppa tea, no clear instruction on where to put rubbish before leaving, had to ask front desk and even then not told which color bins too which type of rubbish.

Very good location and had everything we needed, we felt at home there.
