"Terrible customer service"

The location was good, however I had a horrible experience. Would not recommend it to anyone.

I booked the specific location, due to the area I needed to be in. I get there in the message they send me lists a different location, the security guard would not let me in. I take an Uber to the other location 30 minutes away. In the meantime they send me a message saying they messed up and I go back. Still go through rigmarole with a security guard. There is zero communication and no way to get into the building. I have to spend time standing in the middle of the street late at night one of the nights because there was no security guard to let me in, that can be scary in the middle of the night.
