I had a good impression of the room when I walked in. Looks well set up with all kitchen appliances necessary for a good stay. It was spacious, with good size bed and single one as well. Good shower and cleaned towels. TV a little bit trick to sintonize the open channels, but overall good.

After unpacked, set up all my belongs and have a shower I was ready to go to bed for a well deserved sleep after a very long flight from Australia to Sao Paulo. That is when I had a huge shock to find the bed linen, specially the bottom one, incredible filthy with all sort of smudges including blood, foot print and others which I don't want to guess what was. Having a close look i realise the blanket as well were full of different types and lengths of hair, showing it hasn't been change for quite sometimes. The spare one stored at the wardrobe was in the same conditions. I arrived by 10 AM and have to wait till 3Pm to do my check in, even I was exhaust I comply with the rule so the room could be properly cleaned up. Contacted the number provided for assistance, the person who answers me was very disrespectful and unprofessional, even suggesting I should move for another room and then I will be happy. I still have all the conversation exchange on the Whatsapp. What I didn't realise was, if I had accepted his suggestion I will be out with no other room whatsoever, as the room I booked was the only one on this building who belongs for the owner to whom I had fully paid a good amount for 5 days stay. As this situation unfolded around 6PM I was told wouldn't be anyone to change the bed linen, I accepted to do by myself as I need desperately a night sleep. Wait around 20 minutes for the bed linen to be delivered at the building reception. Need to get dressed again to collect it myself. During my travels I have been staying in many airbnb, never before I went under a situation like this. For such a fancy and trendy location, for the price paid, certainly anyone would expected a impecable service.

Acomodação muito boa.

É necessário realizar o reparo na ducha higiênica, pois está vazando água e molhando todo o banheiro. Também é preciso fazer a limpeza do box, que está com lodo. Outro detalhe, encontrei um sapato feminino embaixo da cama e informei a portaria.
