Große, helle Wohnung, sauber, schönes, hochwertiges Mobiliar, gute Lage für Norddeich, zwei Etagen und zwei Badezimmer gut bei drei Generationen.

Treppenhaus sehr dunkel durch dunkle Treppenstufen, Beleuchtung nicht ausreichend hell, Bewegungsmelder springt bei Hinuntergehen zu spät an, schwierig für Ü-70 Gäste. Es fehlt leider Spüli. Nicht möglich, kurz etwas per Hand abzuwaschen. Nur ein Parkplatz pro Wohnung. Bei Vermieten von Wohnung für 5-6 Personen und zwei Autos sehr schwierige Parksituation in Norddeich. Alle Parkplätze im Ort kostenpflichtig.
