El apartamento es perfecto, con muchos detalles muy limpio y cerca de todo. Si volvemos a Rovaniemi sin duda reservaríamos de nuevo.

The property was very clean and tidy, close to the city centre and main road to Santa clause village.

Compared to other listings, the address and the place to collect the keys are very close—right in front of the apartment in the parking area. The trash disposal spot after check-out is also right at the apartment entrance, and it’s very convenient for taxi pick-up and drop-off. The room temperature was set perfectly—not too cold and not too warm. The kitchen appliances and utensils were well prepared. We also discovered after checking in that there is a sauna, a washing machine, and a dryer available! It’s truly perfect for a small family.

Super easy self check-in (very important if you don't know your arrival time or you are arriving very late), private parking and the apartment was spacious and it had all that you needed. Nice sauna too. It was easy to walk everywhere from here, so the location was good.

Belle vue, spacieux et propre.

Parking « gratuit », mais une amende de 60€ par la société privé de l’immeuble au réveil car nous n’avions pas mis une carte de stationnement sur notre véhicule qui est apparement bien planqué dans l’appartement car nous ne sommes jamais tombé dessus. Seul notre véhicule contrôle ça sent un peu l’escroquerie aux touristes sur ce point.
