A localização é ótima. Próxima ao metrô Consolação. O estacionamento é uma comodidade e o serviço de balcão é atencioso e gentil.

O banheiro cheira mal e teve vazamento no vaso sanitário e na pia . Solicitei o reparo, que resolveu o vaso, mas não o vazamento da pia. No anúncio consta que tem serviço de limpeza. Mas não tem. Fiz a solicitação e apenas limparam o banheiro uma única vez. Mas continuou cheirando mal.
